Voip – IT Support

IT Support & VOIP

Having a reliable IT support team ready to help can minimise the risk of these events taking place, and if they should occur; then your team will be ready to act immediately. These services are further extended to a range of other functions such as social media and audience engagement. Most social media platforms are free, and although they often feature secure services; the bottom line is that if an experienced hacker wants to gain access to your important accounts, they will pull out all of the stops.

  • almost everyone has a PC,
  • Internet connections are already there
  • it is both the provider and user cost.

Famous predecessors include Skype and VoIP Buster.
We know about the analog telephony by Graham Bell in 1876. Later it was refined into a highly reliable communication through an extensive telephone network. Initially attendants were manually switched. The hegemony of the fixed phone was tampered by the first mobile phones. Many left their desk phone close and replaced it with a mobile phone.

The Internet hype in the late nineties to 2001, led to a flowering of telecom companies, all new cables pawed the ground. This abundance of glass fibers has led to much overcapacity. Reason why these applications were made is to spare capacities. As a guardian angel there was the IP, the Internet Protocol. All providers accept IP as the standard, and understood immediately that the applications would be endless. An initial problem was that the Internet is a switched network, where packets are sent. Everything is cut into pieces and sent something that is difficult to relate to a continuous conversation without stuttering.

Communication via Internet
Meanwhile, communication via Internet become the most natural thing in the world. Via e-mail and chat. Microsoft offered NetMeeting, but that was not true VOIP. It came with Skype , which first allowed to make calls to other Skype users over the Internet. A landline is therefore no longer necessary because a computer is sufficient.

Types of IP Phones
On the hype of the Internet telephone companies quickly hooked. The possibilities of using VOIP is rapidly expanded with a wide range of devices:

  • Through dedicated hard IP phones
  • Wireless IP phones – these work via LAN and WiFi,
  • softphones – requiring bundled software for the PC,
  • Conversion tables – with these boxes can also easily connect existing analog phones to an IP network.

With the great rise of the Internet could also make VOIP inevitable. Because it offers many advantages.
